How do I reset Meridian Mail & PDT Access Question 2

Hello 2 questions:

1) How do I reset meridian mail password? I have admin2 access to the system but no access to meridian mail

2) Using PDT can you reset meridian mail system completely or an entire Option 11 via PDT?

If we posted that here, then everyone else would know how to reset your passwords too. It would pretty much defeat the idea of passwords.

PDT won't reset MerMail's password (or anything in MerMail), but on Rls 12 and earlier there is a "lost password" password that your authorized Nortel vendor can access.

Cant quite remember but if you have a tanberg cant you do it from the install tape?

Connect Tape Drive to Meridian Mail with Install Tape in it.
Reboot Meridian Mail and it will boot up to the Install Menu.
Select Option 3: More Utilities and then Option 4: Restore Default System Password.
