How do I remove Casino Palazzo?

This malware installs a desktop icon. And most annoyingly it opens new IE windows advertising everything from the casino to viagra.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Kill these two processes:
runwin32.exe
wininet32.exe

Find the files in safe mode and delete them.

Were those two files created by "Casino Palazzo"?

As far I can tell from my research, yes.
Ending the processes and subsequent deletion of the executables themselves should end the popups.
