How do I record the date a check box is ticked in another form

I need to make a text box (date/time) display the date in one form that a check boc is ticked in another form.

Use an 'on update' event on form 1 to do an "INSERT INTO ..." into a reporttime table. Then open a new folder with the last record in that reporttime table.
