How do I re-initialize voicemail to re-assign an extension to a new user in IP office BASIC edition

I have a new user taking over a previously-assigned extension and want to re-initialize voicemail so it prompts them to set their greeting and password.

PROBLEM: I have only BASIC edition of IP Office.

I found instructions that said how to just change the extension name (not display name) and it would reset. I somehow got the IP office manager to open the configuration and it stayed in ADVANCED VIEW, so I renamed MY extension just to test and it re-initialized VM. Then, went back to do this on the new user's extension and can't get back to advanced view. I guess it was a fluke that I got it to stay in advanced view.

Is there a way to do this in SIMPLIFIED VIEW?
 
Once you open Manager go to View and uncheck "hide admin tasks".
