How do I pull fields with all caps?

We have a database with FNAME and LNAME field entries. About 10% of the people put thier names in in ALLCAPS. How do I query the db to pull only these records? I'm not sure how to go about setting a criteria to not include names with any lowercase characters.

Can you advise why these records only need to returned? Is it to change them to the correct format, or some other reason?

I agree with Alex that it is a good idea to provide information on "why" when asking a question like this.

You might want to open any module/code window and search Help on the StrComp() function.
