We have been using the auto attendant to answer our calls and forward them to one person's extension. Recently we just hired a live receptionist to sit with the MLX 20L console on her desk. In addition to answering "0" calls, we would like for her to have her personal extension with mailbox and answer our HR calls on that phone. How do I program several extensions to ring only on the MLX 20L console phone?
