How do I print the design mode of a table. since I also need the Description of the Column which I have filled for My reference
even that should appear
I just want table name, field name , Datatype and Description in a tabular form.
I wan't it in the same way like how It'll be in the design mode.
I don't want to use the Documenter stuff since it will list all the Properties of the Field
can somebody come up with an answer.

thanx

have never found this ability in Access.

instead i do this:

look at design view on your screen.
hit 'ctrl' and 'Print Screen'
open MS Word
hit 'ctrl' and 'v'

my personal hack-job.

If you want a custom set-up/functiom/report, you need to build it. You would need to start at the documents tables (Tabledefs) collection. From there, you can access each of the tables and the sub collection(s). These will enable you to find and retrieve what ever collection of properties you desier.
