I'm using a form to fill in text in a document. When I click the OK-button the document is filled in and then printed out in 4 copies. As I print out the document I would like to add some text to the different copies i.e. "1. Administration", "2. Kitchen", aso.
Anyone?

You don't specifiy WHERE you want the text, but you could go something like:

1. go to the end of the document (or wherever you want the text)
2. put the text into the document, and then make a bookmark out of it.
3. print the document
4. delete the bookmark

Loop the steps for how many items you want a print identifier for.

There are many many other ways of doing this.
