Right now eCAS is logging some extensions that I want to remove. (VDNs and other stations)

I set my CDR privacy to "Y" on my station to test it. It appears to be working. But when I did it for another extension, it keeps showing up.

Any ideas or a better way to do it?

Thanks.

Have you removed them from your CDR? The command would be
" ch intra" That should let you remove them.

Hi mikeydidit,

I looked at that table and it's empty. I also checked the sys-param cdr and it's disabled

Intra-switch CDR? n

Is it possible that the switch is sending it over to eCAS another way?

Thank you very much for the help!

On the VDN their is a spot for measurements. You could try to turn it to "none" and see if that will stop it for you.
