How do I position windows/ play music?

1) I have set a behavior for a browser window to open on my main page. The window is fine but always opens on the top left of the screen when I load up. Is there a way to control where they open? Can I "make" the browser window open in the top right corner?

2) How do I get backround music to play? I have set the "play sound" behavior but then the main page is shifted to a blank page with an auido player in the middle.

PLEASE HELP!
