Hello,
I have and Access database with a data entry form. The form has record selectors to scroll through the data. However it seems the record selectors will also change the data for a record without hitting the save button, just by moving to another record, the users do not like this.

So, I am hoping there is a way to get the record to only change buy pressing the save button?

Thanks for anyhelp.

Check out the 'FormBeforeUpdate' event. You can cancel changes; so, for example, you can display a message box, and set cancel to true if the user wishes to discard changes.
