Our support people dont answer our email (WESTCON), so maybe someone out there knows:<br>

We have installed a license for firewall-1 and VPN, but when a secuRemote client tries to access the firewall for the first time, an error message says something like "you are not licensed to perform the requested action"<br>

Westcon told use we had to obtain a free license for the securemote client, but they were not helpful enough to tell us how to do it, and that is the last time we heard from them.<br>

Anyone know the answer?<br>
