How do I obtain the "free" Securemote license?

Our support people dont answer our email (WESTCON), so maybe someone out there knows:<br>

We have installed a license for firewall-1 and VPN, but when a secuRemote client tries to access the firewall for the first time, an error message says something like "you are not licensed to perform the requested action"<br>
<br>
Westcon told use we had to obtain a free license for the securemote client, but they were not helpful enough to tell us how to do it, and that is the last time we heard from them.<br>

Anyone know the answer?<br>

You have to contact Checkpoint for it.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your reseller should have done this for you.

Hi, we have same problem with checkpoint. on some supportpages they say, there<br>should be a option during the licensingprocess for the encryption license - but this<br>is not true - there is no option.<br>for this i wrote a mail to the licensecenter - as soon asi get an answer i will post it<br><br>stay tune )
