How do I move information from a query to a memo field?

- my data base concerns patients encountered by ambulances. I have an event number for each ambulance call. I enter pertinent data through forms to underlying tables. One such table is a home 'medication' table. Some patients have extensive lists of home medications. When I query this list I end up with a column that is at times quite long. When I creat a subreport based on the query it creates a columnar listing of medications. The listing on a report is awkward. Is there any way to dump the contents of the query in a memo field so as to make a paragraph of medidcations ........... or take the data from multiple entries via a textbox and append them into a 'memo field' for report orginazation??????
