Hi,

We have installed Raptor ver 7.0. We only have a license for 15 connections, so we have pointed all out workstations to our Interscan system which inturn points to the Firewall.

We have been having some connectivity problems lately with one of our banking systems refusing connections to the banking site. This happens a couple times a day and is usually resolved by rebooting the firewall. How can I check on Raptor to see if there are more than 15 users trying to access the firewall directly? I think that this is a license issue more than anything else, due to the nature of the problem and how we are managing to temporarily fix it.

Any ideas.

Julian

-how/what do you have setup for network entities?
have you created subnet groups? (internet connections allowed out)
-how many single hosts have you created?

I have rapter 6.5 100 user license and have at least 400 external connects via creating specific subnet groups allowed out
-entity one: x.x.5.0 255.255.255.0 -all users on this subnet get access.
-entity two: x.x.4.0 255.255.255.248 -all users on this subnet range get access.
and so forth, or use mask for single subnet. These two enitities count as 2 but i have over 250 people connecting.
