How do I make the font on a displayed Excel spreadsheet.. 1

the same on the printed spreadsheet?

I have changed the font size of my viewable Excel spreadsheet to a larger font. I want my spreadsheet to print out using this larger font so that I can read the information on the printed form, however, when I print the spreadsheet, it prints with all small fonts--so small, I can barely read it. I have changed the spreadsheet so that not so much information is on the page--thinking that would 'expand' the remaining information--but it doesn't.
Suggestions?

You should check your Print Range and make sure that Fit to Page is not checked. On the File menu, check Print Area and Page Setup.

Excel should correctly print the font settings you are using, but various print settings can re-scale the entire sheet.
