How do I make outlook my email default in excel.

I have MS Office 2000 and when I try to send my excel file as an attachment it opens up out look express and I just want Outlook. Can any one help please.

Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Programs tab > Select Outlook from the list next to Email > Apply > Ok.
