how do I make my popup links reloads only on one popup-page??

i have 5 popup links on my main page, and I want to load those popups only on just one wndow(pop page),my popPage will open or just reload and will be the current window.

ex. when they click "pop1"link,content of it will load on "popPage" and becomes the active window, and again on main page when they click another like "pop2",then popPge will reload...

The second parameter to the window.open call is the window name. If you use the same name, the same window will be re-used.
