How do i make louder CO Line incoming calls

When we receive call from outside, we can hear barely. We already using handsets with max voice but still voice level is very low. With internal calls no problem.
Is there any specific settings that I can make CO Line more louder?
LG Aria 300 and LCOB8 I have...

Changing the attenuation/amplification of keyset is done in
DTIB RX GAIN CONTROL (PGM 400).
Be careful to write down the settings (values) before changing them.
I guess that you use LG keysets and analog lines.
Hence it is key 5 you need change.

Here is the list over the default values...
