How do I make an HTML WYSIWYG editor?

I want to make a program like Frontpage Express or like many of the other programs out there where you can make HTML pages in What You See Is What You Get.

How do I do so in Delphi? And what components do I have to download (free components of course).

Your question really is toooo broard.
You need to sit down and examine what a wiziwig editor actually does,and then think of some more specific questions.

Things like converting text to html and displaying it in a Richedit would be easy, inserting tables and graphics, animations might not be.
