How do I make a form read only?

What's the best way to make a form read only (without using Access client security settings)?

Look at the form's property settings. Don't allow EDIT or DATA ENTRY.

Go to form design, right-click the form selector (the black box in the upper left corner). Go to properties, then set AllowEdits to "No".
