How do I Log Users Off the Network

I have a application that runs a night utility. If any users are logged into the application, the night utility will not run. I need to be able to log individual users out of the network at a time of my choosing. I already have the logon and logoff GP enabled.

I believe there is a GP for this feature. I just can think of it. Does anyone know what I am referring too?

you can set the GP to dissallow access the network and set the time window. Like 12:00 am to 5:00 am for the users that use this application. You will also have to tell it to forefully log the user off if the user is on after the tiem frame.
