How do I interpret WINMSD's Processor info?

Sorry if this isn't the correct place for this...

I'm trying to figure out what kind of processor is in my machines at work. If I look at WINMSD I get something like:

x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 6 Genuine Intel ~864 Mhz.

How do I convert that into something like, Pentium 3 or AMD 2000 or whatever the actual chip is?
