Hi,
I am using CR XI, reporting on an Oracle database.
How do I include cross-tab Total figures in a cross-tab chart?, e.g.

Type1 Type2 Type3 Total
Date1 10 20 30 60
Date2 5 10 15 30
Date3 100 200 300 600

I am using a cross-tab report and chart type "Line chart with markers at date".
It displays the Type1, 2 and 3 figures for each date, but not the "Total" figure.
This should be simple but I've checked all the books and manuals I have and I can't figure it out!
Any assistance gratefully recieved. Thanks in advance.

Did you try to format the individual object itself? Highlight the object right click and go to the short cut menu and then format the particular object with totals.

Satinsilhouette,
Thanks for your suggestion.
I fiddled around with this. In Chart Expert/Data/Show Value(s), I tried ticking and unticking "Don't summarise" for the total object.
I found that I can get it to display either Types 1, 2 and 3, or the Total, but not both.
I can export the data from CR to Excel and include the Total in a graph there no problem, but the user wants it all within CR.
This should be simple to do, it's frustrating.
I will try it as a Standard Report instead of a crosstab.
Thanks again.
