I've just moved our Win2k srv DC over to W2003 srv. I have a separate zone file for Linux PCs (historical reasons) but I cannot find away of importing the forward and reverse lookup.

I have created the zones.

Copy the DNS zone file (*.dns) from the Windows 2000 DNS server from the following location: %SystemRoot%\system32\DNS to the %SystemRoot%\system32\DNS folder on the W2K3 box.
Create a new primary zone by using the wizard, right and select new Zone. Uncheck the "Store the zone in Active Directory". Then at the appropriate dialog, check the box "Use this existing file" and specify the file name as above.
