How do I get to hidden folders?

Norton antivirus came up telling me that I have a virus in c:\Recycled\..., but it was unable to remove it, so I went to Windows Explorer to delete it manually, but according to this I don't have a c:\recycled\... folder, could somebody tell me how to access it?

From within explorer, click TOOLS, choose folder options.

Click the VIEW tab. Scroll down until you find "Hidden Files and Folders". Click "Show Hidden Files and Folders"

Oh, and btw, on my XP PC, the folder is "RECYCLER" not "RECYCLED

Check that the two options for showing Hidden files and System files are selected in Control Panel/ Folder Options/ View.

Is the location C/Recycler or C/Recycled as you state? Recyler is the XP file, Recycled is the 9x equivalent.

Turn off Norton protection on the recycle bin and try that.
