How do I get those cool ,small equalizer media player's embeded on my

i thinks it's macromedia shockwave. the lil EQ looks sick.Does any one know a easy way to make this happen.
i need it for background music on my site

those equalizers u see are probably not relfecting the actual beats, they are most likely small GIFs
eg.

http://www.gifs.net/animate/equalan2.gif

or flash or some sort of 'animated file format'
if u want them to "follow the beat" then look into Flash forums....
