I have Adobe Premiere 6.0. I just installed an internal DVD burner. I know how to export to tape, but am clueless as to how I can export to my internal DVD. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Before you start, you will need a couple of other programs, if you want Working DVD's to play in any DVd player/rom drive:

A. TMPGEnc Plus 2.5
*** Excellent Mpg Encoder to ready your files for DVD authoring ***
B. TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 & TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5
*** That is if you want to save some $$ and use their DVD authoring program. Im not familiar with its use, so I can't comment on how good it is. Otherwise, just get their TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 and see the others below. ***
C. DVDLab
*** Either the Pro or just the normal version (for casual use, get the normal version. ***
D. Ulead's DVD Movie Factory
*** A good DVD authoring program; I've never had problems with it ***
E. Sonic's MyDVD
*** Good and simple dvd authoring program ***

Adobe Premier to DVD:

1. File > Export to Video
2. Save your file as an AVI
3. Using TmpgEnc, bring in your AVI, Choose the DVD template, pick a folder to save it to and hit Encode. Depending on size of file, length of video, etc, it can take anywhere from 10 min to 6 hours to encode to Mpg2 Compliant DVD quality video file.
4. Use one of the Authoring programs above, to create your DVD.

Thank you WizyWyg---a question I've been meaning to search into as I just bought a DVD burner myself. Another star for you!
