How do I draw an arrow in ID?

Is there an easy way to draw an arrow in ID? I have CS3 on a PC.

Easiest way: Using the Line tool, draw your line>go to the Stroke pallete and select the weight for your line> Make sure your Stroke options are in view and select END and pick your arrow head. Easy!
