I've got a small newsletter that I put together in PageMaker 6.5. I plan on converting to a pdf format to place on our website, but I'd like to also distribute the newsletter as an e-mail--but not as an e-mail attachment. I've seen and received newsletters that are actually in the body of the e-mail message, including text, pictures, and links.

Does anyone know how to do this? I think I have to move my newsletter into an html format (which I can easily do in PageMaker), but how do I actaully get it into an e-mail for distribution?

Thanks for any and all help.

You may find something here .

Mail Them , mass mailings .

FletMail , individualises large mail outs .

Mihov MailSender from , Sends the same message to more people - but it displays only their
name as recipient, so they will think this mail is meant only for them.
Great for invitatitions (i.e. to birthday parties...) and keeping
privacy!

YAMS (Yet Another Mail Sender) is a freeware SMTP mailer with Authentication.
It sends the same e-mail in many recipients.
This means that YAMS sends to every recipient as mailing him separately.
The message body can contain a field, like $name$. When the message is sent, the field $name$ is
replaced with the name of the recipient as specified in the list of recipients.
YAMS requires a Internet Service Provider (ISP) account.
Some features:

with Authentication;
multi-lingual [English, French Dutch Spanish German Italian]
personal message to each recipient in receivers list
as many accounts as you wish
load, save and edit messages
load, save and edit receivers lists
extended log file
preview window
message template with $name$ and $nickname$ as field
send to selected recipients
signature file
import e-mail addresses from Netscape LDIF files
import e-mail addresses from any CSV file
export e-mail addresses to CSV file
It is of course not meant to send unsolicited e-mails to random people.(SPAM)
It's great for making that canned personal update letter to family and friends sound like it was
written for each individual recipient. It's also great for program updates, invitations and so
on.(SF)

------------------------------------------

Under Outlook express--Open your Address Book .
Click on New .
Then click on "New Group"
Name your group whatever you want--you will be the only one to see it.
Then click on "Select Members"
Select who you want to send mail to---the nice thing is you can add to or remove names from this
list .

Now when you want to send a e-mail --under the "TO" put anybody's name even your own .
Then under "BCC" click on your Group Name -- add your message--then send--and all the names in
your list will get your mail with only their name listed--not the whole list of names .

-------------------------------------------

Create a new group in your address book , and add to the group from your existing list . Then
when you want to send to that group , just highlight the group and right click to send mail .

I am new to this site, but hope I can contribute to find a solution to your problem.
Go to and check out High Impact eMail 2.0 product information which has a program called'ready Share' easy way to upload Images to the web or eMail!
I found this by accident as I am looking myself to create my own Stationery for use in eMails.
Let me know what you think as I am evaluating it myself.

You need to talk to Chris Pirillo (AKA LockerGnome)!

His website is , and the book you need is "Poor Richard's E-mail Publishing". Beyond having a very helpful website, blog, and newsletters, he also hosts tech tv's Call for Help.
