I am running exchange 2003 in a cluster and need to determine who is the postmaster?

Hi,

By default the postmaster is assigned to the account that was used to install the exchange organisation.

Regards,

llevon

I do not know which account it was installed with!

Is there a way to tell?

Hello,

You could try this.
Open up Exchange System Manager
Right Click on your organisation name (top left)
select 'delegate control' from the drop down list
click on next

You now see a list of Full Exchange Administrators. Your postmaster if you have one is most liekly one of these as account that installs exchange is automatically a full exchange admin.

Cheers,

llevon
