How do I debug an ILE program?

Where can I find instructions on how to debug an ILE program? Step 1, step 2, etc.

1. Compile your program with DBGVIEW(*source)
2. strdbg
3. set break point
4. "step into" or what ever command key? - you will be returned to a command line.
5. call program
