How do I correct DNS Event ID 6526?

I have two DNS servers. They are both running MS Windows NT 4.0 Advanced Server, Service Pack 6a.

My local server is both a DNS server and a PDC. The remote server is a BDC and a DNS server. It is the remote server which receives the DNS Event ID 6526 error.

How do I correct this?
