HOW DO I CONVERT UNREADABLE TEXT IN EXCEL TO READABLE TEXT?

I was wondering if anyone could help me convert a file that is unreadable into a readable file. The characters in the file are either jumbled numbers or chinese character symbols. Here is an example of what I mean:

ˆL˜EÕû䴠ĵ—L䤠‘\”ªs Ç£‘]”®ˆL˜EÕû䴠 ameWhite
¸Ò®Œ®’Çà œŸ‘UÉ¢ÇØEÕû䴠
äê—MÌõĵ¾´Õû䴠ĵ—L agarle
äê—MÌõĵ”¬«E䴠ĵ—L agarie



I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to convert this text into regular text. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that what the characters are meant to be ???

If so then ???? beyond my help except you may want to try changing the font

If not then you are trying to load something into the program that cannot be read properly by the host software Rgds
