Last night my BrightStor ARCServe Backup (11.1 Build 3060) ran out of tape(s). This morning I am getting a message "Please mount a blank media to continue the backup" which I have done. I put a new tape in a blank slot, formatted the tape, mounted the tapes, but the job doesn't take off again. I keep getting the above message over and over. How do I get my job to continue past the current 77%?
I have stopped and restarted both the job engine and tape engine, but that didn't help either.
