How do I compare table rows to check for errors?

Example of information tables.

Table ABCD1 has values of 99 entries from 300 surveys
Table ABCD2 has values of 99 entries from 300 surveys

There are 300 survey forms making up records 1-300, each were entered by 2 separate data entry people, the first into ABCD1, and the 2nd into ABCD2. Possible answers are 0, 1, 2 for questions 1-99.

A query already exists made by someone else to display that there is an error on line X, which would be form number 72 in this example. The query I have just says there is an error SOMEWHERE in the line, so I have to visually check to see where the error is. I want to have a query that will say Form X has error on question 5, 25 and 58 for example. I know this can be done, but I am a relative beginner to database programming. I have heard that a SQL query might need to be done through access also. Any suggestions?

What would an error be? Also, how is your query deciding that there's an error and from where?
