Use the "Leading" option above the Font dropdown.
Depending on the Version of PSP it may be a little different. But You have 3 decimals to work with though so it can be very precise.

I see where the Leading is at I just don't understand it. If I put it at -1.00 it then I wrap to the front of my text. If I put it at + 1.00 it to much spacing. Mine is at the top right of my toolbar. I've tried different settings on the + side and it's do much. Thanks for you responce, any other suggestions?
That's what I said its very sensitive. Use decimal values. like -0.4 or -0.2. Don;t use the arrows, input manually.
Leading at -0.2
Leading at -0.4

I see what you mean now, I can't seem to get it to stay at a minus anything. When I put 0.02 or 0.04 it doesn't change the spacing. I think something is wrong with it. Let me reinstall it to see if that helps. You have help me understand how if works though and I sure do appreciate it.
