In Win 2K Pro I naturally have a shortcut on the desktop to explorer.exe for convenience. This opens the explorer window default with the My Documents tree expanded and the My Computer tree folded up. All I wish to do is to modify it so that the reverse happens-when I open explorer the My Computer tree is expanded and the My Documents is not!
Its the little things.............
Any help would be appreciated

Tried your suggestion Mitch, with variations but keep getting error messages. I am obviously getting the string wrong. The existing shortcut path is C:\WINNT\explorer.exe and I am adding syntax to the end of this, with no success. Any thoughts...?
By the way, the Microsoft link was a great help

Thanks Mitch, finally got it.(It was the last article that clinched it)
Syntax now reads %systemroot%explorer.exe/e,
Opens perfectly with a neat display of all mapped drives as desired. :):):)
Many thanks
