Sorry but how do i change the default install directory/drive under win2k, i have machines with partioned hard drives that and i want programs to install on the D drive rather than the C drive.
Generally, when you install software you have the option of doing a custom install. One of the things you can do is change where you want to load the software. I almost never install software to my C: drive. I reserve the C: drive for the OS ONLY. I even have a partition for the swap drive to use.
