How do I block an email address

I want to stop email from one address from being delivered. How do I stop mail from xyz@xyz.com fom being delived. I want to drop it as soon as it hits my server.

open ESM

Expand Global Settings

Right Click Message Delivery => Properties

Filtering Tab => Add

Insert Address

etc
