How do I allow FTP acces to my Ser ver

Hi

We have just installed Windows 2000 on an IBM X series server.
There is a program running on the server that creates eight .CSV files daily.
What I want to do is allow another computer transfer these files daily via FTP.

I have had a look at the forums but have become confused.

What do I have to do to make this work?
