how do I add scroll bars to a website?

I know how to put scroll bars on a frame, but if the page is made of many frames, how do I apply a scroll bar to the whole thing?

Is there any javascript I can use?

As far as I know you cannot add a scroll to an entire frameset.

What is the reason for the multiple frames?...the overall site appearance is good but from what I am seeing unless I am missing something....there is no need for right frame and it takes away from the aesthetics rather than add to it.

Each frame is treated as a separate page so each one is going to have a scrollbar of its own if it needs one.

I would not even use frames if it were me unless I absolutely had to. They cause too many problems. However they are useful if you have a navigation frame and do not want it to reload every time because of file size constraints. Ya' Gotta Love It!X-)
