How do I acess all available MS Excel methods to my cobol program?

I am working on the Micro Focus NetExpress platform. I would like to rewrite my reports using various Ms Excel features in depth.

The type library assistant has limited examples. Does anyone out there have a good experience?

what version of Net Express?

And for the object model of any Microsoft product you can go to MSDN and see it there, even if it does not provide the help the assistant gives
