How Create MAPI profile without mapi client

our IT policy discourages installing Outlook Express or Outlook Office Pro on our MS Servers. but i need to create a MAPI profile to allow a server based application logon to an Exchange mailbox. can anyone suggest a tool/script or provide instructions on how i can accomplish this?
