using what ? a sql tool a development tool? all of this is possible with API's or queries.

Then you need to look at some commonly available queries in the KB or so.
this query will list all the documents in livelink
select name,dataid,parentid from dtree where subtype=144
similarly favorites are user specific so it is stored in other tables which i do not know but if I was told
of this I would basically be at the database and see where the info can be mined.
so get yourself a SQL tool with which you can study the database
