We are taking down the symposium to move the blade server to a rack, and change the UPS its plugged into. The problem is i still need my operators to be able to take calls from the main number. How ????Below is the TNB of one of my operators.

with Sym down, it should operate in "Raw" mode, how basic ACD worked before MAX and Symposium. The CDN has the Queue (DFDN) on it. Call flow will come from CDN to Queue 8715.

So calls will still flow to all the sets ? But once symposium is back up, they should log in as usual ?
