How can "Submit" call up a unique SWF?

I'd like to have a text-input field where a visitor can put in a personal code, then hit "Submit" and have a unique SWF appear. Any ideas? Thanks!

Using some password coding, you could simply check if the submission is acceptable and load some .swf, or attach some particular movie clip(s).
