How can i use the "debug the project" function when Tomcat?

Now we can debug into the java code when our system deployed on Weblogic, but it does not work when it deployed on Tomcat, could anyone please tell me what's the problem? Because now there are some bugs from our client needed to be fixed as soon as possible, but these problemes only exist when our system deployed on Tomcat, so we need the debug function very much, how can we do?
