My doubt is how I can do it. I want to create a Job in
SQL Server using VBScript to do the translation but I haven´t idea how I can do it.

Two ways, among others:

1) In SQL Server, create a DTS job that imports directly from the DBF files. Should be simple and straightforward; no VBScript needed.

2) Establish an ODBC connection to SQL Server from a DBF supporting program such as Visual FoxPro, then loop through it performing a INSERTs.
