How can I tell what version I have

Hi,

Im working with an Avaya ACS or a Merlin system I'm not sure which...I think it's a Merlin...the receptionist/secretary has a Lucent phone with a screen that lets you into the menus to program and all of that stuff but I need to know the version to get a users manual do so some programming on the phone system.

Any help is appreciated!!!!

hmmmmm.

Probably best to google the systems and figure out which one you have.

*HINT*look at the pictures!

Or better yet, call an Avaya dealer, this is what they do!

At any display phone, press speaher, intercom, and dial *05 - which should display the system type (Legend or Magix) and the software release. If it is not a Legend or Magix system - this may not work.
