how can I switch off ton during observation

Hi All
may I ask you for Help ?

Customer has Cs1000 r5,5 and Symposium.
In ACD is OBTN set to NO, but during Agent observation is heard a Ton.
Is this a Conference ton or some other ton?
How can I switch off this ton (audible during observation)in system?

any suggestions ?

Problem solved,
INI not needed.

fyi.. you can do a midn to write that.. or disable a single network/controller to push that change to the station level.. during midn since the check sum fails, all network cards get the download..

the up side to that is you can make a change, disl 4 0 enll 4 0, and test it on just one loop.. it can cause a problem when you come in monday morning and tones you didn't test are insane..

But this was made on CS1000 Rel 5,5 CPPM "chassis" (smol system) with two MGC and both TDS lop was DIS/ENL. System has no network card's.
